DRAFT – for lawyer review, not legal advice
Refund Policy
Operator: JC Franchise System LLC ("we"). Applies to the High-Ticket Closer Fast Start ($47) and, once confirmed, to its bundled add-ons.
30-day refund, with conditions. You can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase if you have:
- completed all modules of the Fast Start (marked complete in the member area), and
- submitted a pitch through the pitch page (free; the pitch does not need to be accepted or lead to a seat).
How to ask. Email [support email] from your account email with "Refund" in the subject, within 30 days of purchase. We reply within [2] business days, check the two conditions, and refund the purchase to your original payment method if you qualify. Refunds typically appear within [5-10] business days, depending on your bank.
What is refunded. The price of the Product you request a refund for. If you bought bumps/upsells, each is reviewed under its own terms below. [LAWYER/AL: decide whether the $27 Swipe File and $197 program follow the same conditions.]
What is not covered. Results (a job, seat, or income) are not a basis for a refund, because we do not guarantee them. We may decline a refund request if the conditions are not met. If you think we declined in error, reply and we will review it.
Chargebacks. Please contact us first. We can usually fix problems faster than a bank dispute.
Instalment offers. If you refund an instalment purchase, remaining scheduled charges stop. [Specify handling of amounts already paid.]
Pitch review is free. Your pitch review is not conditional on any purchase, and requesting a refund does not affect your pitch.
Plain summary: the refund is real but conditional. Do the work and ask within 30 days.
Lawyer questions: is a conditional refund permitted in all states and card network rules (a conditioned "money-back guarantee" must be clearly disclosed before purchase, including on the sales page and checkout); whether conditions must be repeated at checkout; treatment of digital goods already consumed; BOR/earnings-claim implications of the refund wording.
