JC Franchise System LLC ("we") provides training for people who want to work as remote appointment setters and closers. We do not guarantee that you will get a job, a seat, clients or any income.

No income claims. We do not publish or promise any specific earnings, and nothing on this site, in our ads, emails, videos or community is a statement of what you will earn. Any pay structure mentioned in training (for example commission-only) is an explanation of how such work is commonly arranged, not a forecast of your results.
Commission-only work carries risk. You may earn nothing. Companies set their own terms, which may change. Payments can depend on a sale closing and on refunds or chargebacks.
Individual results vary. They depend on your effort, skills, time, the offer, the leads, the market and chance. Testimonials, if shown, describe individual experiences, are not typical, and do not guarantee similar results. [Use only with written substantiation; see Lawyer questions.]
Seats are not guaranteed. Reviewing your pitch is not a job offer. Hiring businesses decide independently. Seats may be limited or unavailable. Where we mention a seat that exists (for example with AccreHub), we will say so and describe its terms.
Independent contractor status. Most commission-only sales work is paid as independent contractor income. You are responsible for your own taxes and expenses. Talk to a tax professional.
Training only. The Products are educational. We are not a staffing agency or employer, and we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
Past or example numbers. Examples in training are for illustration. They are not results we or any customer achieved. [CHECK: the course currently uses no dollar examples.]
Pitch review is separate from purchase. Whether you buy has no effect on your pitch review.
